Are You at Risk for a Life-Threatening Health Reversal?
1. Do you have a waist size greater than 35 inches (female) or 39 inches (male)?

2. Do you have high blood pressure?

3. Do you have high triglycerides in conjunction with low HDL (the good cholesterol?)

4. Are you diabetic or pre-diabetic?

5. Do you have a family history of heart attack, diabetes or stroke?

6. Do you have sleep apnea or other sleep disturbance problems?

7. Do you have a generally sedentary lifestyle?

8. Have you tried and failed at one or more diet or exercise programs?

9. Do you hate to exercise?

If you answered YES to question #1, and you answered YES to 1 or more of questions #2-7, you are at risk for a serious and potentially life-threatening episode, such as heart attack or stroke.

This is potentially bad news, depending on just how many of the questions were answered YES, but my intention was to get your attention, rather than scare you. The fact is there is good news. As long as you are alive and breathing, there is hope of turning a bad situation around.

Good health and vitality has always been a function of what we eat and how we move. Oh I know, we’re stuck with the genes our parents have given us. We must also deal with the residual consequences of previous injury and illness. But, apart from the things we have no control over, it still comes down to what we eat (diet) and how we move (exercise.) The older we get, the more crucial these issues become.

As you read the other articles on my website, you will see where I’m coming from.

I do have my own diet and work-out routines, which I have shared. I believe in simple, straightforward solutions to the diet and exercise dilemma.
